Stay in the comfort of your own home and enjoy THREE 20 minute workouts a week (every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday LIVE at 7:00PM Central Time).


I’m looking for 6 people who are ready to start their fitness journey by sparing 20 minutes, 3 times a week. I’m looking for 6 people who are super busy and just don’t have time or are too embarrassed to go to the gym. I’m looking for 6 people who would like to work out in the comfort and safety of their own home but don’t know how to start or don’t have the motivation to start and stick to it.

I am offering online fitness training where you can avoid the pressure of working out in a room full of people, yet still have social contact with those that have the same goals as you though a private, members only, Facebook group. This community is for busy people, especially mothers, who want to get into shape but do not have the time, motivation, or childcare resources to go to the gym.

The cost is $60 per month. The first workout will be live on the private Facebook group on Sunday, January 17 at 7:00PM central time.  

You can join at any time. The workouts do not build on eachother, so if you join after the first workout, you will still fit right in!

Live workouts will be held every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday starting at 7:00PM central time. You will not be visible to others. You will only be able to see me performing the workouts with you and coaching you along. You will be able to receive fitness tips from me and have an open communication with me one on one. You will also be able to communicate with other members through the Facebook group.  

Let your little ones be around you while you do this work out. Use them as resistance weight, if you can!

There should be nothing holding you back from this. You don’t need fancy gym clothes or equipment to work out at home. Don’t have weights? Use canned goods, gallons of water, bags of rice, anything you can find around the house that you can hold safely and comfortably.

All exercises can be adjusted according to your fitness level. These exercises are geared toward beginners; however, more advanced variations will be presented.

By joining the group, you agree that all tips and exercises are done at your own risk.

This is a super fun and convenient opportunity to invest in yourself and hold yourself accountable. I look forward to working out with you!
